Cesar started in the fitness world in the 1980's teaching for the Jack Lalanne health clubs, formaly known as Bally fitness & has managed health clubs for 10 years. Cesar's old school & new school mix of training & coaching brings a unique style to the gym and the stage.

Nicole is a Pro figure & Physique Competitor in the WNBF, IPE, NGA, PNBA. She is a Competitive Dancer / Dance Teacher & Choreographer for over 25 years & her  passion is performing on stage & helping clients develope their ability to have great stage presentation in whatever genre their competing & performing in.
