One More Show Comp Prep

It's quite common for clients to feel pumped up about getting their body in good shape, & so theirs no surprise that they want to do another show very soon or right away! This package is for clients that have already competed with us recently.
 
The show needs to be 7 weeks or less away from their last show date competition & must have previously purchased one of our NCFF Show Bodies Competition Prep Packages. It's $85.00 for each week of additional coaching & is billed according to how many weeks you would need.
 
Its an additional fee if you want NCFF at your show event. We offer three different Packages for NCFF Back Stage Coaching Support. This is what's included covered if you want Backstage Coaching at your show event. 
 
* The cost can be shared if other clients are doing the same show under the same circumstances *

Backstage Coaching at Local Richmond Va Shows $160.00 & it includes the following
Coaches Pass Fees or Show Ticket Admission fees
Backstage Coaching & hourley rate
 
Option 2
Backstage Coaching at  Non Local Shows in Viginia. ( Va Beach / Maryland / Wood-bridge ) $260.00 & it includes the following
Coaches Pass Fees or Show Ticket Admission fees
Backstage Coaching & hourley rate
Travel Time & Distance ( Gas & Miles )
Overnight Hotel ( If needed & at NCFF's discretion )
 
Option 3
Backstage Coaching at Non Local & Away Shows  ( Maryland / Washington Dc areas ) It's $360.00 & it includes the following
Coaches Pass Fees or Show Ticket Admission Fees
Backstage Coaching & hourly rate
Travel Time & Distance ( Gas & Miles )
Overnight Hotel ( if needed & at NCFF's disceton ))
 
A (60 Min) Posing Routine for Bodybuilding or Womens Physique would be an
 Additional Choreography Fee of $75.00
